PROJECT EXPERIENCE
· Project Architect for "The Green", a mixed-use development located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The project consists of an 850-car underground parking deck, approximately 13,000 square feet of retail space, 56,000 square feet of office space, seventy-five high-end residential condominium units and a 1.5-acre urban park for Wachovia/First Union National Bank.
· Project Architect for Park Avenue, a multi-tenant office/retail building totaling approximately 92,000 square feet, an adjacent parking garage containing approximately 485 parking spaces and an approximately 12,000 square foot retail building at the northwest corner of South Boulevard and East Park Avenue in Charlotte, North Carolina for Childress Klein Properties.
· Project Manager for The Addison Building renovation for Morehead Properties, into 67,800 SF of office space with a 210-car parking deck Charlotte, North Carolina.
· Project Manager for ten-story 400 car parking deck, South Tryon Square for Spectrum Properties, Charlotte, North Carolina.
· Principal-in-Charge for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Charlotte, North Carolina. Project includes 40,000 square foot interiors upfit and a 7,000 square foot service garage.
· Principal-in-Charge for Dominion tower, Roanoke, Virginia. Project includes a 24-story, 410,000 square foot office building.
· Principal-in-Charge for US Attorney's Office, Charlotte, NC. Project includes 20,000 square foot interior upfit.

· Project Manager for Brookwood X Business Park for Childress Klein Properties, Charlotte, North Carolina.
· Principal-in-Charge of 100 East, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Project included 35-story, 71,000 square foot office building and 410-car parking deck.
· Project Designer and Manager, Enterprise Center, Jacksonville, Florida. Project includes 22-story, 320,000 square foot office building.
· Project Designer for Omni Hotel, Jacksonville, Florida; a 354-room 306,000 square foot hotel adjacent Enterprise Center office building.
· Project manager for Meridian Business Campus near Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. Project consists of 270-acre master planned business park with office, hotel, R&D and other uses
· Project Manager for CMD Realty Investors, Buildings 2520, 2530 and 2600, Raleigh, North Carolina.
